Brent Ashley

Brent Ashley currently serves as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Hamilton Beach Brands Inc., a position held since 2023. Previously, Brent worked as a Corporate Attorney at Hirschler Fleischer from 2019 to 2023 and gained judicial experience as a law clerk for The Honorable Joseph R. Slights III at the Delaware Court of Chancery (2018-2019) and for The Honorable Jan R. Jurden at the Superior Court of Delaware (2017-2018). In 2016, Brent served as a Summer Law Clerk for The Honorable James T. Vaughn, Jr. at the Supreme Court of Delaware. Additional experience includes acting as Campaign Manager for Karen Williams in the 2016 Delaware House of Representatives election and a Summer Law Associate at the Virginia Tech Foundation in 2014. Brent holds a JD from the University of Richmond School of Law and an MBA from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business, along with a BS from Virginia Tech.
