Roberto Guardamagna has a wealth of experience in the semiconductor industry, starting with Renesas and Arrow Italy before joining Lattice Semiconductor in 1997. Roberto currently serves as the EMEA Sales Director Channel and Area Sales Manager, overseeing sales activities in Southern Europe. Roberto has successfully managed and expanded sales teams, driving significant revenue growth within key accounts. Roberto's leadership has been instrumental in opening offices, hiring teams, and increasing revenue substantially. Roberto's educational background includes a degree in Electronics from ITIS Salesiani "E.Breda" and further studies at Università degli Studi di Milano.
