Andrea Crouch is a seasoned Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various companies. At Lattice since August 2022, Andrea drives design strategy and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance user-centric solutions. Previously, Andrea held a similar role at Shopify and led product design at Buildertrend, contributing to product vision and research efforts. With a strong background in front-end development and a commitment to accessible experiences, Andrea has also worked at Hudl as a Senior Product Designer, participating in product strategy and mentoring. Early career roles include design positions at Hayneedle.com and Daake, complemented by a B.S. in Graphic Design from the University of Minnesota.
