Kevin Grant has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Radio Traffic Assistant at Reno Radio Representatives, where they automated tasks using programming skills. In 2008, they served as a Systems Administrator for Big Brothers Big Sisters Northern Nevada, managing IT operations and website maintenance. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a part-time Disability Research Assistant at the University of Nevada, Reno, contributing to the development of an indoor positioning system for the blind.

In 2010, Kevin joined Qubulus, an Indoor Positioning Technology Startup, as an Android Engineer, where they developed engineering skills and prototyped apps for pilot programs. Kevin then moved on to ExpandTheRoom LLC in 2012, where they served as the Lead Android Engineer, working directly with a high-profile client to reimagine their application for the 2013 Android landscape. The release was well-received and won a "Material Design Award" from Google.

From 2013 to 2016, Kevin worked at Tumblr, initially as an Android Core Engineer, where they played a significant role in making Tumblr's Android app an industry-leading application. Kevin also advised various product teams on integrating their ideas into the Android ecosystem. Later, they became an Engineering Manager, leading the "Posts" team and overseeing projects like live NFL streaming and a mobile-first posting experience. Kevin also took on the role of leading the remote GifMaker team, successfully launching GifMaker on Android.

In 2016, Kevin joined Prefer, aiming to learn valuable skills for starting their own company. As the Android Tech Lead, they worked across the tech stack, supporting product development at different stages. In 2019, Kevin founded Garden Gives, a platform to help people discover social services in their area, providing valuable information and resources.

In 2020, Kevin joined Peloton Interactive as an Engineering Manager, overseeing Android engineering. Kevin later took on the role of a Senior Android Engineer for a brief period before leaving in 2022. Finally, in 2022, Kevin started working at Lattice as an Engineering Manager.
