Melanie Ruiz

Melanie Ruiz has a diverse range of work experience. Melanie started their career as a Secretary at MILTON H. FLÓREZ, ESQ ATTORNEY AT LAW in June 2015 and continued in this role until January 2017. In July 2015, they also began working as a Fellow at America Needs You, a position they held until May 2017. In February 2017, Melanie worked as an Intern at THE TRANSLATION COMPANY GROUP LLC for a period of four months. From October 2017 to May 2018, they served as a Campus Tour Guide at Research Foundation of CUNY. Starting March 2019, Melanie joined Interaudi Bank as a CIF Administrator and Assistant until May 2020, during which they also worked as a Client Service Assistant from May 2020 to October 2020. Their most recent work experience is at Lattice, where they began as a Customer Care Associate in November 2020 and later transitioned to the role of Customer Care Associate II in November 2021.
