Melissa O'Connor

Melissa O'Connor, PHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in benefits program management and strategic HR advisory roles. Currently serving as the Senior Global Benefits Program Manager at Lattice since December 2024, Melissa previously held positions including Senior Principal Advisor at Gartner, where expertise was provided on total rewards and performance management. Melissa's background includes significant contributions at ASSURANCE IQ as Total Rewards Program Manager, as well as roles at Critical Mass, Euromonitor International, PeopleScout, and Entertainment Cruises Inc., demonstrating a strong focus on benefits administration, employee relations, and HR process improvement. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Loyola University Chicago.
