Neha Monga

Neha Monga has a diverse range of work experience in product management and leadership roles. Neha is currently the Vice President of Products at Lattice, where they lead the product organization and focuses on driving performance and employee engagement. Prior to this, Neha worked as an Investor at Substack and as an Executive in Residence/Advisor to the CEO at Product Faculty. Neha also has experience at big tech companies such as Meta, where they served as the Director of Product Management and played a key role in launching and growing social e-commerce products. Additionally, Neha held various positions at Amazon, including General Manager for Alexa Social and Alexa Mobile, as well as Head of Product. Neha'scareer started at Microsoft, where they worked as a Product Manager and Student Ambassador. Throughout their career, Neha has demonstrated a strong track record of driving growth and leveraging data to develop innovative features.

Neha Monga holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering and Business degree from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
