Marco Osterwalder has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Marco started their career in 2010 as a Cluster Food & Beverage Manager at Hilton, where they planned and directed daily operations for the F&B department. Marco then went on to become a Director of Food and Beverage at various Hilton properties, where they managed all F&B operations and achieved profitable results. In 2014, they were promoted to Director of Food and Beverage at Hilton's flagship property in the APAC region. Marco later joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Hotel Manager, overseeing all aspects of hotel operations. In 2021, they served as the General Manager at Hotel Astoria, and in 2022, they held the same role at CERVO Mountain Resort. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at Laudinella Hotel Group, responsible for leading and managing the group's hotels and restaurants. Throughout their career, Marco has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills.
Marco Osterwalder completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Hotelfachschule Zürich in 2002. In 2020, Marco obtained a certification titled "Ways to Build a Winning Team: Trust, Freedom, and Play" from LinkedIn.
