Andy Riess has been working in the field of desktop support and helpdesk since March 2004. Prior to that, Riess gained experience in lotus notes rollout, consulting, and email and Netscape mail rollout. Riess holds a BA in Business Information Systems and system integration solutions from San Francisco State University.
