Andrew Walls

Andrew Walls has extensive experience in finance and governance, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at The Central Market Agency Ltd and as Board Trustee & Chair of the Audit Committee at Prosper. Walls has been Finance Director & Company Secretary at Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult since 2015 and previously held the position of Board Trustee & Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at The Robertson Trust. Earlier career roles include Finance Director at Quayle Munro Holdings and interim positions at Franklin Templeton Investments and the Macaulay Land Use Research Institute. Additionally, Walls worked at Price Waterhouse Coopers for over a decade in various auditing and consultancy roles. Educational qualifications include an MA Hons in Accountancy and Economics from Dollar Academy and a Joint Honours degree in Accountancy & Economics from the University of Aberdeen.
