Sophie Corrigan, Assoc. CIPD, currently serves as the Head of People and previously held the role of HR Business Partner at Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult since March 2022. Prior experience includes positions as People Advisor at Arnold Clark from July 2019 to March 2022, HR Coordinator and Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car between October 2016 and July 2019, and Team Manager at Morrisons from November 2012 to August 2016. Additional early experience includes a Human Resources internship at ASA RECRUITMENT and a Marketing internship at Baker Tilly International in 2014. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde, completed in 2016.
