Jane Schropp

Jane Schropp, SPHR has an extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jane is currently working at Launch Credit Union as the SVP, Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to this role, they held positions as the SVP, Human Resources and VP of Human Resources at the same company. Before their time at Launch Credit Union, Jane worked at First Data Corporation as the Director HR and Director of Employee Relations and Risk & Controls. Jane also served as the SR HR Business Partner at Capital Bank (Capital Bank Financial Corp.) and the HR Manager at Sutton Bank. Jane started their career as an HR Generalist, Officer at Charter One Bank and worked as an Assistant Director of Patient Access Services at Samaritan Regional Health System.

Jane Schropp, SPHR has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources from Ashland University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Jane also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with an HR Concentration, from the University of Central Texas, earned from 1996 to 1998. In addition, they have an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in General Studies from Chaminade University of Honolulu, obtained from 1993 to 1995. Jane Schropp also has the SPHR certification from HRCI, obtained in 2008.
