Dustin Wilson has a diverse work experience, having held positions at nine different companies since 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Student Worker at the Faculty Student Association, where they cooked stir-fry, strengthened their time management skills, and improved upon high stress working environment skills. In 2014, they worked as an Associate Product Marketing Manager at Brady Corporation, where they led a team of 8 to develop new product initiation processes, managed 300k+ lines of product data, and conducted competitive product gap and price analysis. Dustin also worked as a Co-Founder at BuzzStir, where they designed business KPI’s, developed data analysis tools, and fundraised over $20k. In 2015, they worked as a Freelance Content and Due Diligence Consultant at CSR Creative, where they analyzed and selected RFP & ROI, conceived, developed, and produced a campaign for a fortune 500 company, and kept informed of CSR and ESG trends. In 2019, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Colorado State University. In 2020, they worked as a Cognition Trainer at LearningRx, where they helped strengthen weak cognitive skills to help enhance the learning experience. In 2021, they worked as a Creative Director at KnowCap Interactive, where they managed a team of 6 Marketing and Branding Specialists and directed marketing and branding campaigns for early to late-stage startups. Dustin also worked as an Associate Market Manager at SimTutor - learn by doing anytime, anywhere. Finally, in 2022, they are working as a Program Manager at Launch NY, a nonprofit venture development organization in Upstate New York, where they provide pro bono mentoring and access to risk capital for high-growth startups.

Dustin Wilson completed their Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Monroe Community College in 2011. Dustin then attended State University of New York at Fredonia, graduating in 2013 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Music Industry. Dustin is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration in Global Sustainability and Social Enterprise from Colorado State University, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
