Thomas Papougnot has extensive work experience in various roles in the technology industry. Thomas worked at Launchmetrics from 2013 to present, starting as a Research & Development employee from January 2013 to February 2015, then transitioning to a role in Customer Facilities from February 2015 to December 2015. Thomas returned to the Research & Development department from January 2016 to October 2016, where they managed the migration of Engage clients to the Augure product. Thomas also worked as a Quality Engineer from November 2016 to February 2021, focusing on optimizing processes and improving customer responses.
