Chad Hammock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in driving growth and operational efficiency in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Growth for North America at LaunchPad, Chad leads the expansion efforts by providing B2B teams with access to a global network of mentors and implementing AI-driven coaching solutions. Previously, as Regional Vice President at Zscaler, Chad built high-performing sales teams across the APJ region, developed go-to-market strategies, and enhanced client relationships. Additionally, Chad held key sales management roles at Tableau Software, focusing on commercial sales and team development, and gained early experience in inside sales and research at Renewal by Andersen and Texas A&M University, respectively. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
