Gregg Bigleman, PhD

Gregg Bigleman, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Gregg is currently working as the Head of Operations at Launchpad.build. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Sales/Operations at Sandvik from 2018 to 2021. Before Sandvik, Gregg held the position of Manager - TMS Tool Management Solutions at ZOLLER Inc. from 2016 to 2018, where they led sales, marketing, and service for a $2.4M business unit and managed a team of 20 sales and service staff. From 2004 to 2016, they worked at Kennametal as a Global Sales/Operations Manager. Before that, they held the position of Director of Operations at QualServ Solutions from 2001 to 2004. Gregg also has experience as a Director of Operations at Thermal Engineering Corporation from 2001 to 2002, where they managed a diverse manufacturing facility. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Operations at Metso Minerals from 1998 to 2001, leading a 450-member team and managing manufacturing functions. Gregg's earlier experience includes the role of Manufacturing/Engineering Manager at Harsco Rail from 1990 to 1998, where they spearheaded various departments and led a 250-member team.

Gregg also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management, General from Limestone University. To further expand their knowledge, they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) in Industrial Engineering from Midlands Technical College.
