Megan Hollstedt

Megan Hollstedt has over 15 years of experience in brand management and is currently serving as the Director of Communications at Launchpad Technologies Inc. Megan strategically steers internal and external communications activities, providing support to the leadership team.

In addition, Megan is the Chair of the Social Impact C-Council at BC Tech, where they collaborate on social impact initiatives with senior leadership from member companies.

Prior to their current roles, Megan worked as a Designer and Creative Director at MH | Communication Design, where they ignited and led teams of creative individuals. Megan also served as a Visual Communication Designer at Widerfunnel, shaping and communicating the brand story.

Before that, Megan was an Art Director at me&ideas inc., leading branding projects and supervising designers. Megan also worked at The Active Network as a Creative Lead, responsible for establishing the direction of design staff and their work.

Megan started their career as a Children's Art Instructor at Kamloops Art Gallery. Overall, they have a strong background in communication design, brand identity creation, and team leadership.

Megan Hollstedt completed a degree in Communication Design from Emily Carr University of Art and Design from 2002 to 2006. In 2008, they attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology to study Web Development and Design. In 2018, they furthered their education in User Experience Design at BrainStation.
