Maria-Elena Alecsa

Maria’s role covers Portfolio Co. management, IPEV valuations, financial modeling, reporting to Fund’s investors, analyzing investments and divestments, interacting with LPs. She will work closely with the CFO, but also support the Investment Committee and work with the team as a whole.

Before joining LAUNCHub, Maria has gained international experience in emerging markets intelligence, M&A data in Western Balkans, and PE/VC investment funds. Also, as part of a business collaboration with Numen Europe, she was involved in a EU project being responsible for analyzing the financial reports sent by numerous European funds in which EIF has invested.
