LauraLynn, Ireland's Children's Hospice
Gillian Neary has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Gillian started their career as a Retail Assistant at The K Club in 2006. Gillian then worked as a Marketing Assistant at Molloy Group from 2007 to 2009. Gillian joined Trócaire in 2009 as a Direct Marketing Officer and stayed with the organization until 2013. Gillian then moved on to the Irish Cancer Society, where they served as the Donor Development & Legacies Manager from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they joined UNICEF Ireland as the Director of Fundraising for about a year. Gillian has been associated with LauraLynn, Ireland's Children's Hospice since 2018, initially as a Fundraising Manager, and later promoted to the role of Head of Community & Corporates in July 2021.
Gillian Neary earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Dublin Business School, completing their studies from 2005 to 2009.

LauraLynn, Ireland's Children's Hospice
LauraLynn is the only Children’s Hospice providing palliative care and support for children with life-limiting conditions and their families in Ireland. LauraLynn’s care can be delivered in our hospice, at hospital, in the community, or in the family home, depending on the child and family’s preference and the medical needs of the child. LauraLynn’s holistic approach to care ensures we support the whole family, allowing patients to be children and parents to have time to be a ‘Mums and Dads’ rather than full-time carers. Separate to our children’s hospice service, we also provide a disability service to a small number of adults and children.
