Gavin F. Brown

‘Helping others’ is a recurring theme in Dr. Gavin Brown’s life.While treating and empowering his patients comes first, he spends time away from the office as a volunteer medical advisor to people who are affected by neurological disorders. An active member of the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America, Dr. Brown frequently speaks to their Atlanta support groups. He also serves on the professional advisory board of Weinstein Hospice, a home-based hospice service in Sandy Springs, and on the medical advisory board of Atlanta’s Men’s Health and Wellness Center. A native of Texas, Dr. Brown and his wife Beth have two young children, Zachary and Zoe. A little known fact: Dr. Brown used to play the trumpet competitively.
