Jonas Ng

Jonas Ng has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Jonas is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Laurel Road, a digital banking platform and brand of KeyBank. In this role, they lead teams responsible for customer sales/servicing, credit/underwriting, and risk management/governance. Prior to their current position, Jonas held several senior leadership roles at KeyBank, including Head of Digital for Commercial & Enterprise Payments and Senior Vice President for Digital Product and Financial Wellness Strategy. Jonas also has experience in product development, digital marketing, and business development at companies such as Nationwide, Discover Financial Services, and Enova Financial. Jonas has a strong background in strategy, product management, innovation, and customer experience.

Jonas Ng attended Pascack Valley High School from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained their high school diploma. Following that, they went on to Georgetown University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from 1993 to 1997.
