Lyndsey Cassie has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Lyndsey started their career at BP in 2009, where they held various HR roles, including HR Business Partner and HR Advisor. During their time at BP, Lyndsey implemented continuous improvement initiatives and led HR transformation projects, earning recognition for best practices in reward, recruitment, and mobility processes.
In 2015, Lyndsey joined Accenture as a Management Consultant, before moving to Shell in 2017. At Shell, they served as a Senior IT Advisor and Change Lead, acting as a trusted IT advisor to the Talent, Recruitment, and Health businesses. Lyndsey ensured the smooth delivery of existing IT services and collaborated with stakeholders to develop new strategies and technology components.
Lyndsey's most recent work experience includes their role at Laurel as an Account Manager and a Customer Success Manager. In this position, they delivered automated timekeeping software to law firms and engaged with stakeholders and end-users throughout the customer journey.

Lyndsey Cassie attended St Margarets School for Girls, Aberdeen from 1999 to 2002. During this time, they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. After completing their secondary education, Lyndsey went on to attend Heriot-Watt University from 2005 to 2009. Lyndsey earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Applied Psychology during their time at the university.
