Joshua Hernandez, MFA, is a Video Production Assistant at Lauren B, where Joshua collaborates with the product marketing team to create promotional videos for various platforms. Previously, Joshua worked as a Trauma Informed Tutor at Tier NYC, providing personalized academic support to at-risk youth. Additionally, Joshua served as a Student Film Teaching Artist at Reel Works, guiding underprivileged NYC students in producing their own films. With a background in sales at H&M and a Master's degree in Documentary Production, Joshua brings a unique blend of skills and experience to their current role.
