JOB OVERVIEW

The Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Associate will develop and implement strategic digital marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, and create content that engages and informs our audience. The Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Associate will also work closely with internal teams to monitor metrics and analyze data to optimize campaigns. This multifaceted position requires a blend of creative graphic design skills and strategic social media management expertise to effectively communicate LEP’s message, engage with our audience, and drive business objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Create visually engaging and innovative graphics for digital and print media, including but not limited to social media content, website visuals, infographics, presentations, and marketing materials. This includes social media platforms such as, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, WeChat, and LittleRedBook.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Maintain and update design assets, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously enhance the company's visual identity.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and algorithm changes, adjusting strategies accordingly to maximize reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into overall marketing and communication plans.
  • Optimize website content and user experience to enhance online visibility and drive traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful work.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
  • Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the Nuclear industry is a plus but not required.
