William O'Connell

William O'Connell is currently working as a Global Markets Summer Analyst at CIBC Capital Markets in the eFX Trading Desk. Prior to this, William worked as a Fixed Income Analyst at Laurier Trading Group. Before transitioning to the finance industry, William held roles such as Busser at Betty's, Dishwasher/Preparation Cook at The Burren Pub, and Bagger at Sobeys. William is pursuing a Bachelor of Mathematics in Mathematics at the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. Additionally, William completed high school at St. Patrick Catholic Secondary School.
