Svetlana Stepanenko

Svetlana Stepanenko is an experienced professional with a strong background in people and culture operations, recruitment, and leadership development. Currently serving as the People & Culture Operations Manager and Business Manager for Strategic Solutions at World Vision since December 2013, Svetlana excels in budget management, HR policies, and employee engagement. In addition, Svetlana manages translation and localization efforts for the Lausanne Movement, overseeing teams and recruiting volunteer and freelance translators. Previous roles include coordinating an international leadership program at Azusa Pacific University and serving as National Director for the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students, where Svetlana focused on funding strategies, program development, and organizational culture. Svetlana holds an MBA and an MA in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, as well as a BA in Linguistics.
