Rismawati Silaban

Rismawati Silaban has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Rismawati started their career in 1993, working in the Human Resources Department at NAPAN Group - Holding Company. From there, they served as a Human Resources Manager at PT Econ Construction (NAPAN Group) from an unknown start date until December 1997. In 1998, Rismawati worked as an Island Manager at PT Sarotama Prima Perkasa (NAPAN Group) - Ayer Resort at Thousand Island. Later that same year, they joined PT Lautan Luas Tbk as the Head of Human Resources Development Manager, a role that they still hold. In 2008, Rismawati joined LAUTAN LUAS VIETNAM Co. Ltd as a Human Resources employee until March 2012.

Rismawati Silaban earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia between 1986 and 1992. Prior to that, they attended SMA Tarakanita Pulo Raya from 1983 to 1986, focusing on the field of science.
