Prabhat Kumar Singh

Prabhat Kumar Singh has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at Lava International Limited since May 2016, overseeing recruitment for Sales, Service, and Corporate Functions across India. Prior roles at Lava International include HR Business Partner for various business units and Talent Acquisition Lead for Sales and Distribution. Before joining Lava, Prabhat worked as Sr. Manager at the Institute of Corporate Sustainability Management from 2010 to 2016, where responsibilities included applicant screening, pre-employment testing, preliminary interviews, grievance handling, and conflict resolution. Prabhat holds a Master's in Business Administration, an LL.B. degree, and a Bachelor in Commerce.
