Santiago Carvajal has a diverse work experience in various industries. Santiago is currently the Director of Branding at LAVALENTINA Design, where they help create powerful brands for Latin American startups. Prior to this, Santiago worked as a Sales Advisor at Kaplan International Languages and as an Ops Manager for CPGs at Rappi, where they implemented strategies to solve customer problems and improve service. Santiago also has entrepreneurial experience, having co-founded and served as the CEO of Sua, a company that successfully launched multiple products and achieved significant sales through e-commerce. Earlier in their career, Santiago worked in marketing roles at Procter & Gamble and served as a Teaching Assistant at the Colegio de estudios superiores en Administración CESA. Santiago also volunteered at Elephants World.

Santiago Carvajal attended Colegio Andino Deutsche Schule Bogotá from 1995 to 2011. Santiago then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at CESA from 2012 to 2017. In 2014 to 2015, they studied at Istanbul Kultur University for another Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. From 2018 to 2019, Santiago completed a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management at EAE Business School. Currently, they are attending Escuela de Artes y Oficios Santo Domingo, specializing in Orfebrería (Crafts/Craft Design, Folk Art, and Artisanry), from 2020 to 2023.
