Damon Hansen-Knarhoi is an experienced People and Culture Manager at Lavan since January 2012, contributing to a dynamic law firm's commitment to personal and professional development. Prior to Lavan, Damon worked at CGU from March 2004 to December 2011 as Team Manager of Injury Management Services, overseeing high-risk workers' compensation claims and managing a team of advisors, as well as serving as a Senior Injury Management Advisor where complex claims were handled through collaboration with medical professionals. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Microbiology and Molecular Biology, a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, and a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, all attained from prestigious institutions in Australia.
