Mattia Ardizio

Mattia Ardizio is an experienced professional in the food science and technology sector with a strong background in quality management and product development. Currently serving as Manufacturing Quality Manager and Production Technologies Manager at Lavazza Group since January 2018, responsibilities include new product industrialization, study of coffee's production process, and process capability analysis using chemometrics. Prior experience includes serving in quality assurance roles at Riso Gallo S.p.A. and as Bakery Technologist Technical Service at Tate & Lyle, focusing on food product development and stabilizer systems. Mattia holds a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Study in Milan, as well as a High School Diploma in Food Service Technician from Hotel and Catering School “E. Maggia.”
