Brian Massimino

Brian Massimino is a legal professional with extensive experience in both litigation and academia. Currently serving as a Partner at Howard & Howard Attorneys PLLC since August 2024, Brian has also held positions at Lavelle Law as both an Associate Attorney and Partner since December 2018. Previously, Brian contributed to the legal field as an Adjunct Faculty member at Roosevelt University, teaching Hospitality and Business Law from July 2011 to December 2018. Brian operated Massimino Law LLC, a litigation practice focused on individuals and small businesses from July 2010 to December 2018, and gained experience in complex business litigation as an Associate Attorney at Witzel Kanzler Dimmitt Kenney & Kanzler from October 2005 to June 2010. Additional involvement includes representative roles with the Missouri Bar Young Lawyers Section and Habitat for Humanity St. Louis from 2007 to 2010. Brian began legal career as an Attorney at Baker Sterchi Cowden & Rice from 2004 to 2005. Brian holds a JD/MBA from Saint Louis University, completed in 2003.
