Ann Jacques

Ann Jacques is currently the Head of Credit Risk at LaVictoire Finance. Ann has over 25 years of experience in the banking and construction industries.

Ann started their career in 1993 as a Closing Manager at Bank of America. Ann then became the Assistant Operations Manager before leaving in 2000 to start their own construction company, Jacques Construction LLC. For over 10 years, they successfully managed and grew their business. In 2012, they sold their company and transitioned into the banking industry, joining United Bank as a Team Lead/Jr. Underwriter in Residential Processing.

In 2018, Ann was promoted to Small Business Underwriter. The following year they moved to People's United Bank, N.A. as a Residential Underwriter. Most recently, in July 2020, Ann joined LaVictoire Finance as the Head of Credit Risk.

Ann is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record of success in both the banking and construction industries. Ann is a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about helping businesses grow and succeed.

Ann Jacques graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management.

Ann Jacques reports to Mary Reynolds, Chief Operating Officer. They work with Anand Persaud - Lending Analyst, Tracy Mahle - Operations Advisor, and April Marzilli - Head of Risk and Compliance. A direct report to Ann Jacques is and Kristina Harmon - Underwriting Officer.
