Betty Fontanez

Betty Fontanez has worked in the financial industry for over two decades. Betty began their career at United Bank, where they worked their way up from Loan Processor to AVP, Implementation Manager. In this role, Betty was responsible for the bank's core processing systems, assisting with new loan product setup, year-end processing, and yearly system updates. Betty also helped with loanuploads, reporting for the loan servicing and finance departments, and assisted the VP Director of Innovation & Strategy Implementation.

In 2017, Betty was promoted to AVP, Loan Closing Manager. In this role, they continued to manage the bank's core processing systems and assist with new loan product setup and year-end processing. Betty also helped with loanuploads, reporting for the loan servicing and finance departments, and assisted the SVP Consumer Loan Operations Officer.

In 2019, Betty left United Bank to join LaVictoire Finance as their Operations & Loan Servicing Officer. In this role, Betty is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and servicing loans. Betty also works closely with the company's accounting department to ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded.

They are on a team with Anand Persaud - Lending Analyst, Ann Jacques - Head of Credit Risk, and Alyssia Getschow - Sales & Digital Media Strategist. Katie Pisciotta - Closing Administrator, Cidney Bartley - Closing Administrator report to Betty Fontanez. Their manager is Mary Reynolds, Chief Operating Officer.
