Alicia Wadas

Alicia Wadas is a seasoned marketing communications executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as President Emeritus and previously as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at LAVIDGE, Alicia has significantly contributed to the firm's growth through strategic planning and sustainable development initiatives. Notably, as Director of Public Relations, Alicia achieved a remarkable 300% revenue increase in two years and expanded the team substantially. Prior to LAVIDGE, Alicia was President of Wadas Communications Corporation, providing consulting services to diverse organizations, and served as Executive Vice President at Martz & Wadas, where Alicia played a pivotal role in transforming the firm into one of Arizona's largest advertising agencies. Alicia began their career as a Media Director at Tallant/Yates Advertising, showcasing a strong foundation in media and advertising. Alicia holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder and attended Arizona State University College of Law.
