Manasa Sridhar

Manasa Sridhar is an accomplished Executive Chef Instructor at Lavonne Academy of Baking since March 2020, after initially joining as an intern. With a focus on Bakery and Pastry, Manasa has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing skill sets in this field. Prior to Lavonne, experience includes completing a Graduate Management Trainee program at Evolve Back, with exposure to various departments in the hospitality industry, and specialized internships at Conrad Hotels & Resorts and JW Marriott in Bakery and Confectionery as well as general hospitality operations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management with a focus on Baking and Pastry Arts from Christ University, Bangalore.
