Oshine D'Sa

Oshine D'sa is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef Instructor at Lavonne Academy of Baking since April 2023, having previously held the role of Assistant Executive Chef Instructor at the same institution from September 2020 to April 2022. Oshine served as a Chef Instructor and Kitchen Executive at Lavonne Academy prior to that. Experience also includes working as an Icer at Magnolia Bakery and as an Assistant to the Pastry Chef at the Academy of Pastry Arts India, where a demonstration on chocolate tempering was conducted for BHM students. Earlier training was completed as an Industrial Trainee in the bakery department at ITC Hotels. Oshine holds an Advanced Diploma in Bakery and Pastry Arts from the Academy of Pastry Arts, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, obtained in 2017.
