Jacqueline (Jackie) Judson is a diverse practice attorney specializing in immigration law at the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley as part of the Legal Advocates for Children and Youth (LACY) team since October 2022. Previously, Jackie served as a staff attorney at the Asian Law Alliance, focusing on representation in removal proceedings and affirmative applications, while also acting as the community liaison to the USCIS San José Field Office. Earlier experience includes providing immigration services at Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, where Jackie held multiple roles from staff attorney to BIA accredited representative. Jackie’s legal career began with various internships and clerkships, including work in human rights, disability rights, and court support. Jackie holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and a B.A. in History and Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
