Brianna Holness

Brianna Holness is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Public Defender for the Public Defender 2nd Judicial since August 2021. Holness also serves as a Member and President of the Florida Trial Team since September 2019. Prior experience includes a position as a Certified Legal Intern at the 8th Circuit Public Defender, a Judicial Intern at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and various roles supporting first-generation college students at Florida State University. Holness completed a Doctor of Law degree specializing in Criminal Justice and Corrections at the University of Florida, following a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Florida State University.
