Teona Vasadze

Teona Vasadze has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Teona currently serves as the Co-Founder & Legal Content Lead at Lawformer, starting in May 2022. Before that, they worked as an Associate at LPA Law Firm, starting in May 2022. Prior to becoming an Associate, they held the position of Junior Associate at LPA Law Firm from December 2021 to April 2022. Teona also gained experience as a Senior Legal Consultant at 4S Legal Consulting from September 2020. Teona worked as a Lawyer at Rompetrol (KMG International) from May 2019 to December 2021. Additionally, Teona served as a Civil Education Trainer at the First Public School of Tbilisi from March 2018 to June 2018. Teona worked as a Lawyer at Vakhtang Machavariani Law Office from December 2016 to June 2018. Teona gained internship experience as an Intern at LP Kordzadze Law Office, LLC Tbilisi Arbitration Chamber from March 2017 to June 2017. Teona also held various positions at ELSA from September 2013 to June 2017, including Member and Head of Academic Activities. Teona gained further experience as a Judicial Intern at Tbilisi City Court from May 2016 to May 2017, and as a Legal Assistant at Aversi Pharma from January 2015 to May 2015.

Teona Vasadze completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree with a focus on private, public, and criminal law at Tbilisi State University from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they obtained the certification of Attorney-at-Law from the Georgian Bar Association.

Continuing their education, Teona pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Private Law at Tbilisi State University from 2017 to 2020. During this time, they also participated in a Multilateral Exchange Program at the Faculty of Management, Comenius University in Bratislava from 2018 to 2019.
