Rachel Shelowitz has a diverse work experience in the beauty industry. Rachel is currently the President of LAWLESS Beauty, a position they have held since April 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Global Senior Vice President and General Manager of LORAC at Markwins Beauty Brands Global from March 2019 to April 2020.

Rachel also worked at Pat McGrath Cosmetics as the Global Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product from November 2018 to March 2019. Before that, they founded their own consulting company called Antimony, where they developed new brand concepts and products, consulted on technology platforms for corporations, and served as the consulting Senior Vice President for Good Dye Young, a direct-to-consumer brand.

Earlier in their career, Rachel held leadership positions at philosophy as the Vice President and Head of Global Marketing and Product Development. Rachel worked there from March 2014 to September 2017 and focused on repositioning the brand, relaunching ecommerce, and expanding the brand's presence internationally.

Rachel has also worked at L'Oréal and The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. At L'Oréal, they held roles as the Vice President of US Makeup Marketing for Lancome and the Director of US Marketing for YSL Beauty. At The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., they served as the Director of Global Marketing and Product Development for Skincare and Face at Bobbi Brown. Rachel also worked as the Manager of US Marketing for shu uemura at L'Oréal and as an Assistant Manager of Global Product Development at Estée Lauder.

Rachel Shelowitz attended the University of Southern California from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Italian.
