Kathleen O'Connell Armstrong, M.A., GBDS, VBS, MHFA, currently serves as the Manager of the Enterprise Accounts Department at Lawley since February 2021, providing leadership to Account Executives across three offices in New York State. Previously, Kathleen held the position of VP, Commercial Employee Benefits Broker at USI Insurance Services from September 2019 to February 2021, where responsibilities included leveraging the USI ONE™ platform to deliver customized employee benefit solutions. Prior experience encompasses serving as AVP of the Commercial Employee Benefits Department at The Evans Agency, where growth exceeded 300% in three years, as well as roles as a Broker at Bene-Care Agency and as an Insurance Agent/Benefit Consultant at Independent Health. Kathleen began their career in banking, managing substantial portfolios at M&T Bank and Key Bank. Kathleen holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from St. Bonaventure University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Canisius University.
