Edward Horton

Edward Horton currently serves as the Associate Director for Civil Infrastructure, Facility Operations and Services at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory since November 2020, focusing on operational excellence and innovative solutions for national security. As Deputy Associate Director for Civil Infrastructure at Posillico Civil, Inc. since September 2023, Edward advises on corporate strategy and capital investments. Edward is also an Advisory Board Member at BuiltSpace Technologies Corp. and has held senior roles at NOAA, U.S. Central Command, Army Installation Management Command, and the Department of the Army. Edward holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Montana, and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Troy University, along with a diploma in International Relations and National Security Studies from the U.S. Army War College.
