Jim Vasquez

Jim Vasquez is an experienced design and engineering professional with a diverse background in technical roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Design Supervisor at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory since April 2019, Vasquez plays a crucial role in enhancing national security through advanced scientific and engineering solutions. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Oracle as the Director of Hardware User Centered Design focused on creating user-friendly products. His career also includes leadership positions at Blue Coat Systems, Protopulsion, Inc., and Sun Microsystems, where Jim managed customer support, sales, and engineering functions. An educational background in Technical Engineering was obtained from San Joaquin Delta College.
