John Fisher

John Fisher has extensive experience in software development and IT management, primarily at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory since 1999, where John currently serves as the NARAC Associate Program Leader for Hardware and Software. Fisher's career encompasses various leadership roles, including managing teams of software developers and IT specialists across multiple programs. Notably, responsibilities included overseeing architecture efforts, optimizing development processes, and enhancing user interfaces for critical systems. Prior experience includes positions at IBM, where automation tools were developed for network security, and earlier roles focused on security analysis tools and software design processes. Fisher holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis.
