Matt Eberhart

Matt Eberhart, Ph.D., is a seasoned national security professional currently serving as a Defense Critical Infrastructure Systems Analyst at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory since June 2023. Eberhart has extensive experience, including a role as Special Assistant to the Commander at NORAD & US Northern Command from June 2019 to June 2023, focusing on strategic engagement planning. Previous positions include roles such as the Combatant Commander's Initiative Group Director, a Strategist at US Africa Command, and Branch Chief for contingency plans. Eberhart has contributed significantly to military doctrine and operations, having authored the Army Campaign Plan and served as an Operational Level Doctrine Author for the Army Field Manual.
