Teresa Berry

Teresa Berry possesses extensive experience in employee relations, organizational development, and conflict resolution. Currently serving as Employee Relations Program Manager and OD Consultant at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory since July 2016, Teresa provides confidential coaching and conflict resolution services. As Principal at T. Berry Organizational Consulting since 1995, Teresa has facilitated over 550 mediations and offered various organizational services to a diverse array of institutions. Previous roles include serving as an ADR Advisor for FEMA/DHS, an Organizational Consultant at GenQuest, Inc., and holding leadership positions within New Mexico's judicial system. Teresa's educational background includes an MA in US Diplomatic History from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a BA in History from the State University of New York Cortland, supplemented by an Evidence Based Coaching Certificate from Fielding Graduate University.
