Paris Althouse

Paris E. Althouse is a distinguished Fellow at the Center for Global Security Research at LLNL, with extensive experience in various roles at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories since 1989. Althouse coordinates international training workshops in CBRN response as the Cooperative Threat Reduction Project Coordinator and previously served as the GIPP Program Manager, overseeing a U.S. nonproliferation initiative. Educational qualifications include a Master's Certificate in National Security Affairs from the Bush School of Government at Texas A&M and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from California State University, East Bay. Early career experience includes serving as a Quartermaster in the U.S. Coast Guard.
