Derek Richmond

Derek Richmond is a Partner in the Electrical, Mechanical and Chemical Engineering Department of The Nath Law Group. Mr. Richmond's practice areas include patent litigation, interferences, and prosecution. He is experienced in writing infringement and validity opinions, counseling clients and negotiating licenses. Mr. Richmond is also experienced in the field of thermodynamics and equipment design for industrial uses.
