Don Manfredi

Don Manfredi is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business development, mentorship, and education. Currently serving as Associate Director of Ventures and Fund Manager for the Michigan Outdoor Innovation Fund and as an Advisory Board Member at the Michigan Outdoor Innovation Fund, Don is dedicated to supporting early-stage startups in outdoor innovation. Additionally, Don contributes as an Adjunct Professor at Lawrence Technological University, teaching various marketing and leadership courses. Previous experience includes founding Rain Dog Management, serving on multiple boards such as the Oakland Mediation Center and The YES Foundation, and holding key roles at U-M Innovation Partnerships and Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence. Don holds a BA in Communication from Michigan State University and an MBA from Lawrence Technological University.
